Pressure Cooker (InstantPot) Cooking Instructions Here are the crockpot sizes we recommend for each meal size to help cook your meals just right: You will need to keep a close eye on the chicken as it cooks. If it’s larger than what we recommend you may need to shorten the cooking time. If your crockpot is smaller than what we recommend, you may need to cook your meal a little longer. Stir in ham then taste soup and add salt and pepper if necessary (remember ham will add a bit of salt to each bite of soup.)
